Justin Chang of the Los Angeles Times presumably would say the same thing about OFF SCREEN DEATH so we find ourselves in good company with Kristen Stewart in SPENCER. That's about the only comfort we can take away from this bit of holiday joy that has us questioning where this one will sit in the DIE HARD pantheon of Christmas movies. Certainly a lesser work than what Opie did with the Grinch. Certainly.
